How to send link through mail to substitution approval ?

Hi,
I have page called substitution.aspx . After clicking send button mail should send to manager with link called substitutionconfirmation.aspx .If manager clicked that link he can able to see user inputs from  substitution.aspx in substitutionconfirmation.aspx form with read only format .My substitution.aspx and substitutionconfirmation.aspx  both has same design.so need to transfer substitution.aspx user data to substitutionconfirmation.aspx  .Please help me to fix as soon possible .It is very urgent .I am using asp.net c#
