A few days ago I tried opening the management studio and got the error message
"Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the application."
In order: I've tried repairing it, installing the same version and asking it to install the additional tools and components that were not found, and uninstalling all related programs and then installing it again from the Microsoft website. All of these attempts
have resulted in the same error when I try to open the management studio.
I am very new to SQL and computer software in general, so I may be missing something simple.
Any thoughts/suggestions? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
