getting data from SQL server

Hi All,
Thanks in Advance!!
   I want to get data from Sql Server.(one field). In that data should be load in textbox.  if i am going to enter the single letter in that textbox, the related works should be come.(Ex : suppose we are entering the starting position in booking website, The word is New York, once  We are entering the new than it followed by related cities)
