I have a small question.. if we are upgrading a project from 2.0 to 4.0 using just an app pool change .. then is it possible that javascript will stop working in some cases ?
We do know that we have multiple client id modes in 4.0.. but by a simple app pool change it restores the old settings only ...
so apparently there should be no change.
But in one case I found that the script stopped picking values from a check box by changing the app pool of an application. However as soon as I replaced the build by building the solution on 4.0, everything worked perfectly.
