Send HTML template (with Textbox & Buttons) as email body and access the entered value in the textbox and button clicked, access to be done through web service

Hi Friends,

I think this is crucial task for me. I need to send email template as  email body with textbox and buttons. Once we receive the email template and enter some values and button clicked, we need to access the values and affect our database through web service.

Pl suggest whether this is possible and how?
