I want to build my first website project for a construction company, I worked on many web applications before using asp.net technologies in general & asp.net mvc specifically.
Now I want to have an advice on the plan I am going to follow, bearing in mind that I did not work on any CMS or web site before. So I will divide the project on 2 phases:-
Phase One
- Is to find an online web template that covers the construction area.
- To modify the web template on my dev machine and add the related content, themes etc.
- Host the web template (without CMS) to a hosting server.
- After deploying the website, I will be managing all the changing by modifying the related markups.
