Hello,
I'd like to make it clear if it is possible to use an server application with SQL Server 2008R2 express embedded ( which
is installed silently by the installer of the app) in cloud environments like AWS, SoftLayer, GCE, or Azure. The application is commercial, but not for hosting ( which means, not for providing services to anyone else but the company which bought the server
app).
It seems that there are no explicit sentence in EULA that allow this use case, but no sentence to prohibit neither.
