HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Can someone help me please. I am really stuck and I dont know what to do. Please Help. 
I have done everything that has been suggested. I have IIS installed. I have permissions set up. below some details about the issue.
