Can any one clearly explain the difference between 3-tier and 3 layered architecture in asp.net.

0	3-Layered Architecture means Presentation Logic, Business Logic, Data Base Logic DLL's are 3 Projects Outputs that resides under on same machine which are Logically Separated. 3-Tier Architecture means Presentation Logic, Business logic and DataBase Logic which are physically separated, means resides on different machines i.e Presentation (UI On Client Side), Logic on (On Application Server), and DataBAse Server Sathiya_Narayanan, if this helps please login to Mark As Answer. \| Alert Moderator
