How to Search Image PDF?

Hi, All....
Some PDF file contains Image like jpeg, gif, etc.....For example the image PDF files contains 12345, we can't find this number using search option. We can see only through visibility only...This is simple. But for some process I have to search more than 1000 item. Pls help me...
