Webpart is not adding in sharepoint 2010

Hi to All,
i am 1.5 years of experience on sharepoint 2010, today i got a strange problem, when i am tryint to add a webpart in a page, its not working, means "Add a Webpart" link is not working..
so i am unable to add a webpart in my page...
so please help me as soon as possible
