we can run the dotnet framework in linux? if it is no , why?

Are you asking about Installing .NET Framework inside Linux or Running .NET Framework based application in Linux. Lets talk in some details. Windows binaries are in .exe format but Linux can not understand .exe without additional programs. So Linux uses Wine Package to read and install Windows binaries. Are you asking about Installing .NET Framework inside Linux or Running .NET Framework based application in Linux.
