remove html tags and place new tags in xml document

Press Ctrl + H
then enter the value in, Find what and Replace with

i have xml file which is generated by converting html to xml. as shown below.

Now i need to access the job title,Last Active, Resume ID .
They dont have tags. How can i add tags and access their values....
..
