Help required urgently

After i select an option in a fancy box and click ok.... the fancy box should close and the gridview behind it should bind again.
but i'm facing a problem with the binding issues.
please help

We are using Fancybox in Jquery not in Ajax.Please tell me clearly wat is ur doubt and what u got error ?if possible please provide here.

yes im using a jquery for fadeout to show the success msg. when i use gridview rowcammands he message doesnt fade. whereas for other button click events its fading...
