How to convert doc to pdf and pdf to doc programatically in wpf.

Hi all,

Help me to convert one format to another format i.e(doc to pdf,pdf to doc) and also the videos(mpeg to mp4,mpeg to 3gp) programatically in wpf without using any dll and tools.
