block access to a text box on selecting a radio button

hello guys,

i have 2 radio buttons and 3 text boxes. what i wanna do is when i select one of the radio button the user should not be able to write in the textbox(kind of like greyed out field).....also the ajax calender extender associated with this text box should also not come up.

i hope i've clearly stated my problem.....
