how to create tables dynamically as for my requirement?

hi friends,
Requirement is like this :
we have to design UI Part like This

door width : text box1
door height:text box2

shutter height bars : textbox3 :assume bars 5 (given in attached image )
shutter width bars : textbox4 : assume bars 9

when we are giving the details of the width and height and bar no it will generate like attached image file .
plz solve my problem...
