0	I don't think this can be done using JavaScript of other small tricks in browser backend, because this is based in Operating System and Browser, instead of Web Page. I think you want same like IE 9 or 10 does. I got a link for doing the same stuff. If you can convert this procedure into ASP.NET, you can acheive the target.
