How to disable password Caps Lock notificaiton in xp.

How we can disable Caps lock notification at the login time. Ex: Gmail login. Place your cursor on the password and press Capslock. you will see a notification. How to make it off.

0	The above implemenation will disable the caps lock completely, i want to disable only notification which comes @ login time. Ex: When windows login screen comes, at the Password field place your mouse cursor and then blow up capslock. you will see a ballon notification.
