How to move the pointer position/location at the starting point of Listview in a new column?

I have 2 tables Purchase_Order and GRN.
The GRN tables fields include some information from purchase_Order Table and some more additional information.
So first using DataReader i added rows to listview as per Pur_OderNO,and now i want to add data to the additional fields in GRN which should again start recording in the 0th row and respective column .
How can i do this?

PLZ HELP . ITS URGENT.........
