Hi

there is Some textFile with colums like Empid,Ename,ESalary etc...
i Have to display that Text file data in Datagridview and if i select any record from datagrid i have to display that record in new window with data and after click on ok Button i have to update that Record.
Like that for insert and delete also........
Pls Help Me Urgent
