What is the best way to store and retrieve files in asp.net web application

Hi,

I have requirement to store files which may be images,microsoft documents,videos, audio files and other files in web application.

Can you please which way is good to store files either SQL Server or different folder in the web server?

0	As per my self different folder is best way because in sql server its some difficult to retrieve the documents and etc.., Niharikap, if this helps please login to Mark As Answer. \| Alert Moderator

0	Using web server foldes and filename alone in sql server is the easiest way.. but if u r conscious of system memory then avoid folders, u can store the contents in sql server itself And also if u use folders there may be a chance of the files getting deleted physically My suggestion is to use Sql Server Divya Niharikap, if this helps please login to Mark As Answer. \| Alert Moderator
