Issue with .net 4.5 site while running after configuring in IIS

Recently we have converted our site from .net 4.0 to 4.5. It is able to run it from the visual studio 2012 IDE. But when we configured it in IIS (version 7), we are being redirected to the login page. It doesn't get in to the Authnticate Event and LoggedIn even of Login Control. Please help !!!
