auto complete genrate using combo box in asp.net

Hi,

How to use the auto complete using combo box control in asp.net.
1)when the user select any letter that combination of alphabetic name will displayed.
at the time not display other letter.

2)when a user click any letter that have to retrive in the database using sql server 2008.
