Web page is loading Very Slowly..?

Hi,
in my sample project one webpage is loading slowly every time, it takes nearly 10 to 12 sec. I put page levlel cache in that page but it takes same time. how can i improve my webpage perforamance. If any one know about this tell me.

0	Hi, In case if you are including any events. Include them in AJAX Update panels. You can use Fragment caching instead, this would be much better. If possible, post your code. Still, if it takes a 5 to 6 seconds you can give a "Please wait" .gif picture message to the user.
