compilation ERROR IN ASPX PAGE

The file 'FILENAME.ASPX' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested.
PROVIDE SOLUTION.

0	Once a solution is built and any links are added to the pages in the solution that navigate to the newly added pages. On click of the links we come across this type of error.
