IE 8 file not found exception while downloading

I have an application to download file .It working fine in all browser but in IE8 IT throw exception "Length = 'file.Length' threw an exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException'".
But same work fine in ie9.

Path file name contains a special character .Name is "Financement spé0ed.xls".
