Top Performers - Clamp to start of month

I think that the top performers should be clamped to the 1st of the current month by default.

I know we discussed this before and decided against it but I think that was because there was the possibility of changing to prizes every fortnight?

0	Yes, it was decided because we may plan to change the prizes every fortnight in future. We have reset it and now it should appear as the first of the current month. Thank you.
