How to access the webservice hosted on another computer?

Hi sir,
Tell me the steps to access the webservice hosted on another computer?
I hosted my webservice in the 192.168.10.28 machine in my office. I want to access that webservice in
my computer[192.168.10.37]. Please tell me the solution for this problem.
