You should get the control panel (provides access to your hosting server, database, setting , etc..) details from your host provider. Also they would have given you FTP details throug which you can upload the files

type in my computer ftp.websitename and then type the username and password in login windows after that host your website in hosting server

Use Filezila software to upload your files to your server. Before that you need to create FTP user account through your control panel.

Once you created the account use filezila to connect the server using ipaddress,username,password and port is 21.

Then you can upload all your files to WWWRooor or Public_html (Dependence on the envirnment)
