problem regarding system restarting window7 automatically again and again

problem regarding system restarting i m using window7
My cpu remain strats and monitor light goes off....
it wait for a few second and monitor light goes off and again with in 3 minutes of span again system restart.
provide why this is happening??

0	hi, i am using the system this problem i am faced at the time whats the problem for 1)check ur cpu inside ur ram slore are currectly fitted or not because ram connection is a problem 2)Every system first u one the cpu the system first loading the boothing file in the ram only,because at the time system files and os as loading ur system problem is u running the cpu but monitor blank screen is display am i right so this problem u check first ur Ram Slot memory chip in the cpu.
