Populate dropdownlist using J-son without page refresh [Resolved]

I have two dropdownlist

In first dropdownlist we have states.

i want to populate the second dropdownlist with Cities on change event of first dropdownlist with their particular states

i want to use j-son and j-query so that there should be no Page refresh.

Kindly suggest Answers.
