I have an wndows application which i want to be used only by particular group of Active Directory.

This application is developed in .Net 2010
I want to ask Can we use the Windows Authentication for Windows Application in .Net 2010.

Also if we can use this , can you let me know the steps involved in this.

Please let me know if this is possilbe or not.
