How to Include Excel sheet in VB.NET applications..??

Hi All,

I have a requirement to provide an Excel sheet to the user for entering some data into it on click of a button.

And on entering some data in the Excel sheet and clicking Save button, the data should be saved in database and Excel sheet should be closed.

Can it be possible to include Excel file in application like that..???

Plz someone help me...
