Set line spacing in word doc [Resolved]

The spaces after a paragraph belong to the next one, so get the next paragraph and remove the first block of spaces in its range.

Sub RemoveTrailingSpaces(rng As Range)
Dim para As Paragraph

Set para = rng.Paragraphs(1).Next
With para.Range.Find
.Text = "[ ]{1,}"
.Replacement.Text = ""
.MatchWildcards = True
.Execute Replace:=wdReplaceOne
End With
End Sub

this will remove the extra spaces at the end of all paragraphs

Sub RemoveSpaces2()
With MyDoc.Range.Find
.Text = "[ ]{1,}^13"
.Replacement.Text = "^p"
.MatchWildcards = True
.Execute Replace:=wdReplaceAll
End With
End sub

This will remove all empty paragraphs.

Sub DeleteEmptyParagraphs()
With ActiveDocument.Range.Find
.Text = "^p^p"
.Replacement.Text = "^p"
Do While .Execute(Replace:=wdReplaceAll)
Loop
End With
End Sub

If the spacing is part of the paragraph formatting, this should remove it

Sub DelVerticalSpacing()
With ActiveDocument.Range.Paragraphs
.SpaceBefore = 0
.SpaceAfter = 0
End With
End Sub
