Hi,

I would like to know what is the expection from a dotnet Team Lead candidate in an interview.

I have been called by a company for the following skills
WCF,WPF,Silverlight, Jquery,Entity framework.
Dotnet 4.0

I have no experience in estimation tools. i have following up with only excel sheet calculations for the same.
I anticipate as much as advises and suggestions from this esteemed site members .
