step1)I added AjaxControlToolkit as reference
step2)<%@ Register Namespace="AjaxControlToolkit" Assembly="AjaxControlToolkit" TagPrefix="ajax"%>

still facing this error

Element 'ScriptManager' is not a known element.
This can occur if there is a compilation error in the Web site,
or the web.config file is missing

0	@Ranjeet_8 This error dint stopped me from executing my program..Program execution and result displaying is working fine.. Only problem is in asp design page all controls are green underlined which states ("Element 'ScriptManager' is not a known element.
