Hello Team,

I want to know if i can convert text to speech using c# .net and what kind of libraries i can use to use the same.I do not want to record.I want the text written to converted into voice or speech.

Which Speech Recognition i can use?

Will i have to buy and 3rd party dlls or assemblies ?
