how to search key from table column based on user parameters

i am using MySQL server,based on user parameters search from my table column.example user give input as 'PHP,'JAVA','MYSQL' in my textboxes based on this how to search in single column,sometimes user give an 'PHP,'JAVA','MYSQL',Dotnet in my tetboxes (here multiple textboxes available) based on this how to search in single column i need some solution or idea for do that task please help me
