Listbox in MVC3 help

Hi,
Can anyone please help me in how to use the ListBox in MVC3 (Razor engine) ?
I basically want to populate values in the listbox and then Select multiple values and post back to my method.

I did search but did not find any relevant answer.

Could any one please help me with this? A fair tutorial demonstrating this will also suffice.
