Error in creating proxy and config file in wcf

Hi,
I have created a wcf service.next i want to generate cofig file and proxy file in command prompt.
in command prompt i try svcutil <url>.
but i got an error.
following is error
access to path c:programfiles<86>\microsoft visual studio 10.0\vc\Helloworldservice.cs is denied.

how to solve this problem.
