Tell me the use of http-equiv="Page-Enter".

<meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="blendTrans(Duration=0.1)" />
<meta http-equiv="Page-Exit" content="blendTrans(Duration=0.1)" />

Kindly give me the solution for this problem..
