how to access our web from to other system through the our server ip address
when user give the ip address in address bar then our web from are access or display in other system

You need to publish your project in a folder, copy paste same in your server.
Create a new virtual directory in IIS(Type 'inetmgr' in Run) and point source directory at published folder. Set Startup Page.
To test same, right-click and select 'Browse'.
