Unable to Access Excel File in IIS [Resolved]

hi to all......
here i done the application in MVC3.Functionality of Export to excel is its working Fine In My Local System .When I Load My project into IIS 7;I am getting Error as My file Name path +Access Denied...Like
"Access to the path 'c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\testcase.xls' is denied."
Because of this My code is Not working in Another's System....Please Guide me .
