Upload File Path Conflict

I have a file Upload control that gives me a path which points to a file in Client's Local Folder.....

But after Publishing same project in IIS. I need to get that file using same File Path which is pointing to Client's Local Folder.

Is there any way to do this ????

0	I have created an Upload Module in my WebSite. The file Upload control tag is like this : <input type="file" name="picUpload" /> (Notice: no runat="server") I have given a provision to add another File Upload Control on click of a button. On Save button in Code behind i am retrieving Upload Control using Request.Form.GetValues("fileUpload"). But this returns String(File Path of selected file).
