how to send a file to database

hi!
i am doing a hospital related application in which i want to store a complete file containing the patients test(testid,name,result).when the file is submitted it should be stored in database with the date.how i can do that with sql server2005?

0	Good day Sahaj.seema Your Request is very basic. i can give you an answer to your question but you will not understand how to implement it. what you need to do is to buy a book and read. If you cant afford to buy a Book , send an e-mail to the webmaster of dotnetfunda and tell him that you want to learn but you cant afford a book and he will give it to you for free. i think this is the best way to go my friend. 0	Vuyiswamb is right. There is no alternative of reading the basics yourself. It is easier to implement anything by goggling around. Everything will be found in google. But knowing the concept is what needed.
