I will explain. I have got student success rate, punctuality etc.. (KPIs).
My boss asked me to create a webpage and display these data with help of graphical representations like speedometer, traffic signals etc..
Also I have got only little bit knowledge to develop all these things.
Please help to learn myself also to create this project.

I have tried to create the login as well. some reason it wont allow me to create a login.
Could you please download it for me? Also I need bit more guidance to start with a webpage.

I really dont know what is the level of your expertise or how familiar are you with coding concepts or with markup... Anyhow as far as I am concerned to make a project running you need to have an expertise in many technologies simultaneously if you are handling the project alone.. You can expect a tree to grow the next day of sowing the seed.. Development is like that only you need to time to gain perfection.. All I can suggest you is that start with basic designs.. For your requirement you need asp.net charting controls .. You can download from here:

Apart from this you can use ajax chart controls and Pie charts.. Also you can refer the links provided in the following thread..
