httpcompression in ajax supported pages

Whether we can do httpcompression in ajax supported pages asp.net pages. I'm using update panel and also xmlhttprequest object.

0	There is nothing to deal with GZip / Deflate headers with AJAX. If you see in the current browser supports Compression, you can compress the response and send.
