Error into my website signup through facebook

Hi Friends,

I am working on a website project in that project signup through facebook implemented locally work fine but upload on the server this error came "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 69.171.247.29:443" plese suggest me.
