How to Bind Dropdownlist Following Condition

hi

I have gridview with FooterTemplate Dropdownlist and add button

when i select footertemplate dropdownlist and press add button i need bind
gridview with dropdownlist first row again i select footertemplate dropdownlist
press add button continue this flow how will do this in gridview

i tried gridview rowcommand but i did not achieve any one post this
